Do you provide free consultations before we decide on a home care agency?

Yes; we want to make sure we are the best fit for you or your loved one's needs! Our staff will come to your home to conduct our free initial assessment. This includes a review of the client's health history, personal assistance needs and weekly schedule, home safety evaluation and answering questions.

Why should I hire New Frontier Home Care instead of a worker I can privately pay?

There are four main reasons that will give you greater peace of mind:

  • Our extensive background check provides extra reassurance of our attempt to safeguard clients from abuse or theft.

  • We take on all legal liability by paying all payroll and FICA taxes.

  • We are fully insured and bonded.

  • Our agency has the resources to provide back-up caregivers, nurse visits and on-call experts.

Are there any long-term contracts?

 No! You may cancel service at any time, for any reason, without a cancellation penalty with 15-days advance written notice.
